Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament is a devotion in which the consecrated Eucharist remains exposed in a Monstrance for veneration by the faithful. We have the opportunity for this special type of prayer 24-7.
Our Lord continues to call us to come closer to Him. "Guardians of the Eucharist" take that step by making the commitment of spending an hour in prayer each week with our Lord, truly present in the Eucharist.
The vision is that there will be people in every parish and Christian community praying and adoring Our Lord, in response to His invitation: "Could you not keep watch one hour with Me?" (Matthew 26:40). Adorers are formed by spending time with Jesus and being close to Him. Presence provides tremendous opportunities for the spiritual growth in knowledge and love of God, virtue, prayer, peaceful silence, and countless benefits for individuals, parishes, and society.
The chapel is unlocked 8 am - 4 pm daily.

Sunday -- 1 am, 2 am, 10 am
Monday -- 2 am, 3 am
Tuesday -- 1 am, 4 am
Wednesday -- 1 am, 2 am, 3 am
Thursday -- 4 am
Friday -- 12 am, 1 am, 2 am, 3 am, 1 pm
Saturday -- 12 am, 1 am, 2 am, 12 pm
If you are unable to fulfill your hour, please find a substitute adorer.

This hour can be spent in any way you want. You may bring your own prayer books and petitions, use the books in the chapel, pray the Rosary, or just sit and enjoy the peace that comes with simply being in the Presence of God.
Our Perpetual Adoration Chapel can stay open because of volunteers who sub or spend one or more hours per week in the chapel. We need at least one person committed during every hour to watch and pray. Ask a friend to share an hour with you or create a group where you rotate weeks. If you want to take an hour or be a substitute, please call 812-610-2838 or complete the form below. The chapel is for everyone!
