  The Sacraments and Why They Matter: Andrew Thomas and Deacon Stephen Elser, the seminarians from St. Meinrad, will begin teaching a class on the Sacraments starting October 11th. They will have 2 sessions, one at 5:30pm in English and one at 7:00pm in Spanish. All are welcome to come and learn more about our faith. Please sign up in the back of Church. The first session will be about Baptism and the making of a Christian.

  DÍA DE LOS MUERTOS FESTIVAL
  Join us on Saturday, November 4, 2017 and Sunday, November 5, 2017 at the Washington Catholic Middle School Gym. Doors will be opened from 11:30 am to 6:00 pm on Saturday. On Sunday, doors will open to view the exhibit at 8:00 am and the event will begin at 10:00 am. The event will include music, folk dancing, Día de los Muertos Altar presentation honoring Fred Schwenk, Hispanic food, face painting and traditional Mexican games. The exhibit will include Catrinas, original drawings by Omar Estrada and photographs from the Huichol Mexican Tribe.

  The 5K Walk/Run will be held on Saturday,
  November 4, 2017 at Eastside Park, beginning and ending at the top of the hill by the 4-H buildings. 
  Registration begins at 8:00 am, with the race to follow at 9:00 am.  Entry fee is $25.00.
